RGPC Policy

As an entity covered by the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), ERA Arqueologia SA provides the following channels where you can report an offence under Law 93/2021 of 20 December, which establishes the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers. To report an offence under the General Whistleblower Protection Scheme, you can use one of the following channels:
