Project Management and Coordination
One of the most relevant areas of a project involving archaeological work is the correct articulation between the different actors. Construction owners, planners, contractors, inspection teams, conservators-restorers, archaeologists and Heritage guardianship entities (which in many cases determine the realization of projects), must have their interests aligned, and must always avoid unnecessarily affecting heritage elements or the execution of works.
Taking on a coordination role in heritage projects, ERA has been developing consistent action strategies for the implementation of major works, whether it is itself or another the executor of the archaeology works.
Effective project management and coordination ensures high performance from all human and financial resources involved, thus guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers.
